Shipping

We ship only to addresses in the U.S. at the moment.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

All orders require a signature upon delivery regardless of a waiver to insure the order is delivered you and as protection against fraud. At this moment, we only ship orders that have the same billing and shipping address to protect against fraud. 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. We offer delivery to all places within the United States and its provinces, US Military Bases and Installations.

 

Shipping to APO & FPO Addresses

Modamaia.com ships orders to all valid addressed military bases. All APO and FPO orders ship through United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders going to these addresses may take longer than the guaranteed time because they go through the military postal service. We do provide a tracking number for all the packages shipped by USPS when it is available. Please allow 1-3 business days for the tracking number to be valid in the USPS system.
