Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Moda Maia. We are committed to providing you with the best possible shopping experience. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have a period of 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our client experience team at social@modamaia.com within the specified return period, mentioning your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our client experience team will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and guide you on the return process.
- Once you receive the RMA, securely package the item, including all original accessories, certificates, and documentation, and clearly write the RMA number on the package.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item.
- Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If approved, we will initiate the refund process.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase. The refund process may take 3-7 business days (this excludes weekends and holidays) to complete, depending on your payment provider's policies.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, style, or design, please follow the same return process mentioned above. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return. These include final sale items or customized items that have been modified at the client’s request.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our client experience team immediately. We will guide you through the return process and arrange for a replacement or refund, including any associated shipping costs.
